Memorandum to East Coast Zone GM and Khordha Road DRM
Development of railways in Berhampur and South Odisha.
The demand of the Odisha Development Forum is to meet the East Coast Zone GM and Khordha Road DRM for the development of railways in Berhampur and South Odisha.
The petition calls for the construction of a coaching terminal for the stay and departure of train vehicles at the oldest Berhampur station in Odisha, the 130-year-old station’s Overall development, construction of platform 5-6, provision of AC coaches in all local and intercity with toilets, lifts, lights, water and dining facilities on all platforms It was demanded that it be opened soon.
Berhampur to Sambalpur Rail connectivity
Work on the Berhampur-Sambalpur via Phulbani, Gopalpur-Rayagada, Gopalpur-Talcher, Gopalpur-Nayagarh via Taratarini, Buguda, Gunupur-Rayagada, Jaipur-Malkangiri and Malkangiri-Nabarangpur railways will be started soon, from the cold-rolling to the rolling-stock, cold-rolling and rolling stock cars.
Memu train between Bhubaneswar and Berhampur
From Berhampur to Surat, Delhi and Demands were made to run the Memu train 🚂 to Jaipur, Gunupur, Puri every day, to extend the train stop in Bhubaneswar to Berhampur, and to run the Bhubaneswar-Delhi capital through South Odisha.
The SCM promised to take immediate action on the AC coach and other claims on the local train.
